Sony BMG has been served and have given me an answer. Funny how i can appear as a performer on their label, and they know nothing about it and deny everything. Did Frank Farian sell me out without speaking to me about it? That’s what i think, but one should be more responsible about what and who comes out on their label. Sony BMG is just as responsible as Frank. I never assigned any rights to Frank, so he had no right to sell me out. People, stay close to your fans, they know everything! Boney M fans in Spain knew that there were 2 Boney M DVD’s, one containing my image and the other without. I only have a copy of the DVD with me in it of course, and in a safe place. Other copies were pulled from the shelves to keep me from claiming compensation. I still want the money from the copies sold.
